Refund Policy At GoaCrackers.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But due to the nature of this products , we don’t offer refunds for any reason once the order is shipped. We will make sure to send the order as per your requirements and in the best quality possible, but once the parcel reaches the lorry booking office, we have no control over it.

We offer refunds only when the order is lost and we are unable to deliver the products to you. Please note we do not offer refunds for delay during transit.
